Scholarship Application In light of Sigmund Sternberger's closeness to and interest in Revolution Lodge No. 522AF and AM, the Foundation makes available annual scholarship awards for children and grandchildren of members of Revolution Lodge.

Grant Application Non-scholarship recipients must be qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. The Foundation has limited its scope of activities to projects, programs and individuals providing services to the residents of Guilford County, North Carolina.

Project Reports Project Reports are required of organizations that have received assistance from TSF. Reports are due and must be submitted once the project has been completed and must describe how people were benefited and how TSF funds were used. This project report must be submitted online.
